Wells Fargo’s CEO heads to Washington.  Tim Sloan will appear Tuesday before the House Committee on Financial Services to think of the bank’s progress as it functions through a string of scandals that were found beginning in 2016. 
Stitch Fix crushes earnings.  Shares of their internet person-styling service were more than 24 percent Tuesday morning after second quarter earnings more than doubled the Wall Street consensus.
