* Specialty (includes impact and overnight): drives the business by replenishing the sales floor with merchandise, maintaining presentation standards, processing merchandise, and conducting weekly updates and floor moves.
From the MODEL interviews we will be hiring CASHIER and VISUAL / STYLIST team members.

I dont want to model, I just wanna be a sales assistant lol and I really dont understand any of it.. What is speciality?
