Is my proposed business model legal?

p>I had an idea for an online, electronics redistribution business, which I am not sure would be legal.
Business would be surrounded around a particular website (let’s call it "NEWGEN HARDWARE"), which sells electronics at wholesale reduced prices. My plan would be to advertise some of their products as for sale on my website (at a higher price).
When my customers purchased one of these electronics (via Google Checkout), I would simply wait for their payment to clear to my bank, and then use that money to purchase it from NEWGEN. I would purchase it using my client’s name and contact info gathered during the Google Checkout process, (but use my info as the billing source), and have it shipped directly to my customer.
Is this business model legal? If so, what do I need to put on my terms and conditions page? If it is not legal, how could I change my business model to make it so?
