I looking to become a Certified Residential Appraiser, given the economic times is right now a good time to get into the business? If so do you recommend any schools either online or in the San Diego region.

There may be online classes but I think you are much better in a classroom setting. There is a lot of judgment involved in appraising and it affects peoples lives.
