Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is the Garden State’s top health insurance provider, serving more than 3 million members. The not-for-profit company, like many healthcare organizations, anticipated a greater need for IT as they sought solutions to address new government regulations. Horizon predicted a 100% increase in IT spending as a result of policy changes.
